Dear Parents,
I’d love for you to use this newsletter to review this week’s Bible story with your child at home.
This week, we’ll learn about “We Are to Tell Others about Jesus” (Romans 10). God wants us to share the gospel so people can know who Jesus is and that He alone can save them. People will not know this good news unless someone tells them. Jesus said that His followers are the ones who must go and tell the world so that people can hear and believe the good news.
Review the gospel and encourage your child to speak with you if they have questions. Remind your child that as followers of Jesus, we are all called to share the good news with other people. Tell your child that each of us has people in our lives who need to hear the gospel so they can respond by faith. Discuss how sharing the gospel brings us great joy as we obey God and have the opportunity to lead people to faith in Jesus. wherever we go, we can ask the Holy Spirit to give us opportunities to share our faith, and ask Him to help people believe in Jesus. Then pray, praising God for salvation through Jesus and asking Him to help us share the good news.
