Dear Parents,

Today, we’ll learn that “Jesus Calmed a Storm” (Matthew 8; Mark 4; Luke 8). In our Bible story, Jesus did sleep during a scary storm because He was in complete control of the storm. Every wave obeys Jesus as well because He is God. As the Son of God, Jesus is both fully God and fully human.
