He encouraged them to be strong and trust in God as Joshua became their new leader. Moses wrote down God\u2019s laws, blessed the people, and saw the land from Mount Nebo before he died. This story reminds us that while Moses could not lead the people into the land, Jesus leads us into eternal life with Him.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This message will inspire your child to grow in the love and light of Jesus. Reinforce the lesson at home by discussing the following points with your child:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>God Goes Before Us:<\/strong> Moses told the Israelites not to fear because God was with them. How does knowing God is with us help us?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Obeying God\u2019s Word:<\/strong> Moses wrote down God\u2019s laws to guide the people. Why is it important to listen to and follow God\u2019s Word?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jesus, Our Perfect Leader:<\/strong> Joshua led Israel into the Promised Land, but Jesus leads us to eternal life.
