Though Esau was the firstborn, he eventually traded his birthright to Jacob for food, setting off a series of events that led to Jacob receiving his father Isaac\u2019s blessing as well. Although Jacob and Rebekah\u2019s actions were deceptive, God\u2019s covenant promise was fulfilled through Jacob\u2019s family, through whom God would one day send a Savior for the world.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I hope this message will inspire your child to grow in the love and light of Jesus.
